Job summary

Radiance Technologies is seeking experienced Enterprise VDI / Cloud Infrastructure Engineers to design, deploy, administer, and sustain a large-scale Horizon-based VDI environment in the Dayton, OH area. The role emphasizes VMware ESXi/vSphere, Horizon, and Azure integration with AD/Entra ID and M365.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in IT infrastructure, 3+ years in VDI, strong Horizon administration, Windows/AD expertise, scripting skills, and a Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

5+ years of IT/infrastructure experience.
3+ years working with VDI architectures.
Enterprise admin of VMware ESXi, vSphere, and Horizon.
Experience deploying Horizon desktop pools and related components.
Strong Windows Server/Desktop and Active Directory administration.
Azure infrastructure and networking experience.
PowerShell scripting ability and other scripting languages.
CompTIA Security+ certification.
Top Secret Security Clearance.
