Job summary

Mitsubishi Power is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, driving governance, value realization, and executive reporting across business units, IT, and external partners. You will translate strategic priorities into executable plans and ensure measurable business value.

The role requires broad program management experience, PMP or equivalent credentials, and strong stakeholder engagement in a matrixed environment across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Project Management, Organizational Development, Information Systems or related field preferred.
• Ten to fifteen years of professional project management experience in large, complex, enterprise initiatives.
• PMP certification preferred; PgMP, Prosci or other change-management credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex enterprise projects and programs across business units, sites, and external partners.
• Define business cases, scope, outcomes, governance, and delivery expectations with executive sponsors.
• Develop integrated project plans, schedules, dependencies, and budgets; drive milestones and benefits realization.
