Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of outside mid-market and enterprise B2B sales experience in broadband/telecom.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong understanding of FTTP solutions including internet, data transport, and dark fiber.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed mid-market and enterprise sales targets to generate new MRR.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline within IQ Fiber’s footprint.
• Communicate IQ Fiber’s FTTP value to C-suite stakeholders.
• Lead multi-stakeholder deals and coordinate cross-functional teams to close.
• Negotiate multi-year contracts with legal, finance, and leadership involvement.
