Job summary

IGT is seeking a Systems Engineer IV (Technical Account Manager) to serve as a senior technical authority across Windows/Linux, databases, virtualization, storage, networking, security, cloud, automation, AI, and containerized environments.

You will lead complex customer deployments, modernization efforts, and strategic architecture initiatives, partnering with executives and product teams to ensure secure, highly available gaming environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
10+ years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments.
7+ years of experience leading technical implementations or infrastructure projects.
Expert experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, and infrastructure troubleshooting.
Experience with Disaster Recovery, High Availability solutions, and security hardening.
Ability to influence technical strategy and communicate effectively with executives.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture reviews and governance across multi-team initiatives.
Own technical decisions, risks, dependencies, and corrective actions spanning products and infrastructure.
Design secure, scalable environments across jurisdictions and modernize enterprise architecture.
Oversee large migrations, upgrades, and infrastructure standards for reliability.
Lead cybersecurity initiatives, vulnerability management, and compliance assessments.
Provide executive communications during incidents and escalations; mentor teams; drive automation/AI adoption.
