GitLab is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the Enterprise Technology & AI organization. You will plan, execute, and deliver complex, cross-functional technology programs that advance strategy, working across Technology, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Product, and Business operations.

The role requires technical fluency and business acumen, with strong governance, stakeholder alignment, and remote collaboration capabilities. Base salary reflects US market ranges for this role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program management experience across Enterprise Tech, AI & Data programs.
• Ability to simplify complex processes and build structured approaches to ambiguous problems.
• Influence without authority; manage senior stakeholders and cross-functional alignment.
• Effective executive communication and reporting to ETA leadership and executives.
• Experience with Architecture Review Board or governance forums is strongly preferred.
• Experience in remote, async-friendly environments with clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for Enterprise Tech, AI & Data initiatives.
• Lead enterprise application and operational transformation programs to improve processes and scalability.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to clarify goals and define success metrics.
• Drive operating rhythms: status reporting, RAID, milestone reviews, and executive communications.
• Identify risks and blockers; propose options and drive decisions with stakeholders.
• Improve governance and cross-functional collaboration to enhance delivery.
• Support adoption of AI-enabled workflows across enterprise systems.
• Model GitLab values and promote clear, async-friendly collaboration.
