Job summary

Novogradac seeks a Sr. Product Manager, Enterprise Systems to own the enterprise-wide lifecycle strategy, roadmap, and value realization across core platforms. You will partner with executive leadership to translate strategic intent into a clear vision, drive adoption, and measure business outcomes.

You will lead system roadmaps, governance, and cross-functional alignment, mentor product teams, and ensure solutions align with the enterprise operating model while delivering measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with progressive responsibility in product management, systems leadership, or enterprise ownership.
• Advanced degree or professional certification (CBAP/CCBA) and experience with Jira/Wrike and security audit frameworks (SOC 2, ISO27001).
• Experience leading enterprise-scale initiatives with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own as the accountable product leader for assigned platforms and system domains.
• Drive definition, alignment, and execution of system roadmaps, backlogs, and enhancements.
• Lead prioritization across competing priorities to align with enterprise objectives.
• Develop lifecycle strategy including upgrades, optimization, and replacement decisions.
• Define product management standards and governance across enterprise systems.
• Drive cross-system alignment to ensure cohesive enterprise architecture.
• Mentor product managers, analysts, or cross-functional team members.
