Job summary

Novogradac is seeking a Sr. Product Manager, Enterprise Systems to own the lifecycle strategy and delivery plan for core enterprise platforms.

You will partner with business and executive leadership to translate strategy into a clear system vision and roadmaps, driving adoption and measurable outcomes. You will lead a team of product managers and analysts, aligning multiple systems to enterprise objectives, and advising senior leaders on investments and tradeoffs to realize long-term system

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of progressive product management or enterprise system leadership experience.
• Advanced degree or relevant certifications (CBAP/CCBA) and familiarity with security audit frameworks.
• Experience influencing executive stakeholders and driving enterprise-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise systems roadmaps, backlogs, and enhancement plans.
• Own adoption strategy and measure system utilization and business value.
• Mentor product managers and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with IT on security, architecture, and integrations.
• Align stakeholders across business and technology for cohesive strategy.
