Job summary

KBR, Inc. seeks an Enterprise Systems Integrator to deliver SETA support for the Intelligence Community GED. You will design, develop, test, and deliver products supporting advanced systems, collaborating with hardware, software, and data teams to meet mission requirements.

This contingent role involves leading integration projects, budgeting, and proposing new programs, with on-site and remote support. A TS/SCI with polygraph and a 10-year track record in system integration are required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of enterprise system integration experience.
• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, RHCE, APICS, LEAN.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and develop solutions.
• Experience leading multiple projects and mentoring staff.
• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing SE approaches and SE management.
• Provide mission expertise for GED Front Office and related offices.
• Develop enterprise integration architectures using ESB, API, SOA, microservices, cloud.
• Lead complex integration projects and manage technical teams.
• Improve standard work and apply best practices for integration.
• Develop budgets for integration initiatives.
• Support technical proposals for new programs.
• Develop work plans, EMI/EMC testing, and V&V.
• Build relationships across units to standardize processes.
• Provide on-site and remote support for servers, networks, and integration.
