Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field with relevant experience.
• Eight years’ experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Eight years’ experience managing lifecycle for software like RightFax, SharePoint, OnBase, Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Act as IT SME for all assigned enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot moderately complex application errors and support junior analysts.
• Document workflows and standard work with review and approvals.
• Coordinate end-user training and application upgrades/patches.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including HIPAA.
