Slope is seeking a Technical Leader for its L1 Support Engineering team, based in San Francisco. This role focuses on managing support for enterprise accounts, ensuring quick resolutions and high customer satisfaction. You'll collaborate closely with both enterprise clients and the L2 support team to drive technical excellence.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in technical support, a strong understanding of REST APIs, SIP, and WebRTC, and can lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in high-intensity technical support or solutions roles.
• Experience managing technical teams for enterprise accounts.
• Understanding of prompt engineering and event-driven systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a world-class L1 Support Engineering team.
• Develop relationships with enterprise customers and L2 support team.
• Enforce Severity SLAs for enterprise customers.
