Anaplan is seeking a Senior Solution Implementation Manager to guide strategic deployments, leading blended delivery teams with Business Partners to implement Anaplan solutions efficiently and on schedule.

The SIM will be the primary client contact for deployments, coordinating with executives and project managers, and ensuring models are built using The Anaplan Way while enabling customer self-sufficiency.

Qualificações

• Self-starter with a proven track record of driving customer success at executive level.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into practical, high-value solutions.
• Experience in enterprise performance management and partnering with sales, success leadership, and architects.
• Fanatical about customer success and driving implementations that deliver long-term value.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver end-to-end deployments with blended delivery teams.
• Lead customer meetings from operational to C-suite levels.
• Provide regular transparency into project pulse to leadership.
• Identify resources, manage time allocation, and meet deadlines.
• Monitor timelines and milestones; escalate risks with mitigation plans.
• Report project status to sponsors and stakeholders.
