As a Solutions Engineer , you will serve as a trusted technical and business partner to the MEA Sales Team, helping enterprise customers solve operational challenges with TeamViewer Frontline. This role places a strong focus on warehouse and supply chain workflows, one of our fastest-growing areas. You will also support additional use cases across manufacturing, field service, and remote support. Your focus will be aligning TeamViewer’s capabilities with customer needs across both IT and OT environments. You will engage directly with prospects and customers to understand their goals, lead tailored product demonstrations, and guide proof-of-concept initiatives. You will work closely with sales, product, and technical teams to design and deliver solutions that drive productivity, streamline operations, and achieve measurable results.
