Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Solutions Architect to serve as a technical authority for the sales team, customers, partners and the community. You will map customer goals to Elastic Stack offerings and demonstrate value in meetings and at events.

As part of the regional team you will own accounts, build value-based relationships, guide others, and lead engagements from discovery to technical win. Expect up to 30% travel, with opportunities to work across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical pre-sales selling and implementing technology.
• Ability to articulate benefits of modern platforms and technologies.
• Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning.
• Proven customer-relations history with architectures meeting goals.
• Ability to influence and persuade teams.
• Will travel up to 30% regionally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical point of contact for accounts and managers in your territory.
• Understand customer goals and articulate how Elastic offerings meet their needs.
• Craft value-based relationships at all levels in customer organizations.
• Participate in planning and execution from discovery to technical win.
• Demonstrate Elastic product value in meetings and events such as meetups and conferences.
• Advise sales on positioning Elastic products and services.
• Onboard and enable partners and support them in sales cycles.
• Craft collateral and collaborate with teams to meet client needs.
• Be the voice of the customer and communicate feedback to engineering and leadership.
• Pursue ongoing development and take advantage of Elastic training.
