Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to map current-state workflows and design future-state systems.
• Own architecture, workflow design, and data management for delivered systems.
• Translate business needs into system and data requirements.
• Manage stakeholders, expectations, and adoption through training and documentation.
• Lead project delivery with cross-functional teams and vendors, ensuring scope and schedule.
• Establish design patterns and data governance for maintainable systems.
• Provide design guidance on projects not directly led, and ensure regulatory alignment.
