Job summary

The Baldwin Group is seeking an Enterprise Solution Architect to design scalable, secure Baldwin Retail solutions aligned with IT strategy. You will translate product requirements into technical designs and contribute to standards and reference patterns.

You will prototype agentic AI and automation components, evaluate cloud services, and partner with Security, Data, and Enterprise Technology to embed resilience, observability, and regulatory controls across AWS and Azure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 12–18 years of experience in software development, design, or solution architecture.
• Proven experience designing scalable, secure systems on AWS and/or Azure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design solution architectures for Baldwin Retail aligned with IT strategy.
• Translate product requirements into technical designs and patterns.
• Prototype agentic AI and automation solutions with integration points.
• Review designs with engineering teams to surface risks and gaps.
• Collaborate with Security, Compliance, and Risk to embed controls.
