Job summary

Concert Golf Partners seeks a Senior Cybersecurity Manager to own and continuously improve the enterprise security platform across corporate offices and 40+ premier private golf clubs nationwide. Based in Lake Mary, Florida, this on-site leadership role drives endpoint, identity, email, monitoring, and vulnerability platforms with minimal supervision.

The role requires hands-on security tooling at scale, standard-setting, and senior liaison to vendors, MSPs, and leadership, with travel to club

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years in IT operations, including 5+ years in enterprise security platform administration and 3+ years in technical leadership, with MSP/vendor management.
• Hands-on admin of enterprise security platforms (EDR, SIEM, email security, vulnerability management, PAM, MDM).

Responsibilities

• Administer and tune the enterprise Endpoint Detection & Response platform across all managed endpoints.
• Operate identity and access controls through Microsoft Entra ID with MFA/SSO and least-privilege reviews.
• Maintain enterprise email security platform with DKIM/DMARC/SPF controls and policy tuning.
• Own the enterprise SIEM platform: log health, detection tuning, and alerting across MS 365 and AWS environments.
• Run vulnerability management: scan scope, triage, remediation, and leadership reporting.
• Maintain Microsoft Intune and enterprise asset inventory for accurate endpoint visibility.
• Monitor patch/configuration health and drive remediation for at-risk assets.
• Administer security awareness platform: phishing campaigns and training tracking.
• Build and maintain security dashboards and executive reporting.
• Support cross-functional governance and vendor coordination.
