Job summary

EY seeks a Manager in Enterprise Security Architecture to lead client engagements across architecture assessments, Zero Trust programs, and cloud security design. You will guide governance, standards, and security patterns embedded in business change initiatives.

The role combines technical leadership with client advisory, team development, and cross‑disciplinary collaboration to deliver strategic security outcomes for diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, CS, IS, Engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience in enterprise security architecture assessments and future‑state design.
• Knowledge of NIST CSF/800-53, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, SABSA.
• Client-facing engagements, executive reporting, and proposal development.

Responsibilities

• Lead security architecture engagements across industry sectors and guide future-state design.
• Direct architecture assessments, governance frameworks, and security patterns aligning with business goals.
• Collaborate with CISOs and executives to translate findings into executive‑ready recommendations.
• Mentor teams, manage workstreams, and contribute to business development.
