CASE Management Consulting in Springfield, VA is seeking a Senior Enterprise Schedule Analyst to support enterprise-level scheduling and program integration within the NGA environment. You will work with systems engineers and program managers to develop and maintain integrated schedules and provide clear reporting for leadership.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing and analyzing complex schedules.
• Integrated schedule development and management including critical path, dependencies, what-if analyses.
• Schedule risk and impact analysis with milestone tracking and baseline maintenance.
• Experience presenting schedule reports, Gantt charts, and visualizations for leadership.
• Ability to coordinate schedule data across programs and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and operate automated enterprise schedules using MS Project/Project Server.
• Integrate schedule data across NGA programs, projects, segments, and partners.
• Develop and maintain scheduling processes for collecting and integrating data.
• Conduct critical path, dependency, and what-if analyses to assess achievability and risks.
• Develop mitigation strategies and present schedule information for NGA/NSG meetings.
• Coordinate with programs and stakeholders to obtain milestones and dependencies.
• Lead schedule coordination with Mission Partners to manage cross-organizational dependencies.
• Lead the alignment of milestones with strategic guidance and enterprise roadmaps.
• Provide senior-level guidance and oversee tasks through the project lifecycle.
