• Create, manage, maintain, and operate automated enterprise schedule(s) using government approved schedule tool.
• Develop defined processes to create schedules and review interagency data for updates.
• Ensure critical path analysis and 'what-if' scenarios to assess schedule achievability and risks.
• Provide reports and visualizations to leadership, including deviations and concerns.
• Coordinate with programs to obtain data for proper scheduling and dependencies.
• Understand dependencies with mission partners and NGA milestones.
• Identify milestones driving epics and planning timeframes.
• Maintain connections between strategic guidance and program milestones.
• Develop enterprise-wide schedule roadmaps and conduct incremental reviews.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Release Management for coordinated releases.
