Job summary

CADRE GOVERNMENT SOLUTIONS is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to design, implement, and optimize scalable CRM solutions. You will partner with stakeholders, product owners, and developers to architect across the Salesforce ecosystem, driving operational efficiency and customer engagement.

You will lead end-to-end architecture, govern integrations, and champion DevOps practices while mentoring teams and ensuring governance and security across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years implementing Salesforce solutions in enterprise settings.
• 5+ years as Solution Architect/Technical Architect.
• Deep Salesforce expertise across Sales/Service/Experience Clouds and customization.
• Strong integration experience with ERP, marketing, and support systems.
• Hands-on Apex, LWC, Flow, APIs, SOQL and security architecture.
• Proven leadership of complex Salesforce implementations with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong DevOps, CI/CD, release management and environment strategies.
• Experience with Agile delivery and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect or System Architect.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across Clouds and CPQ.
• Design scalable, secure Salesforce architectures aligned with standards.
• Gather requirements and translate to technical designs and roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership to admins, developers, business analysts, and integrators.
• Architect complex integrations with external systems using APIs and middleware.
• Enforce best practices for data modeling, security, governance, automation, and DevOps.
• Evaluate current-state architecture and recommend scalability improvements.
• Lead solution reviews, design sessions, and architecture governance.
• Support estimation, planning, risk assessment, and delivery management.
• Ensure data governance, security, and regulatory compliance across Salesforce.
• Stay current on Salesforce innovations and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture to align with broader IT strategies.
