Qualifications

• BS/BA in business-related field or equivalent experience.
• MBA or MS preferred or graduate-level education in risk management or business administration.
• Certification such as CRISC, COSO, PMP or CIA is valued.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic vision and operating model for the Portfolio Management function.
• Lead and develop the team of Enterprise Risk Portfolio Leads.
• Shape enterprise risk frameworks, risk appetite statements and escalation protocols.
• Synthesize portfolio risks across units and communicate with executives.
• Partner with ERM leadership and internal audit for governance and reporting.
• Champion adoption of genAI and analytics to enhance risk visibility.
