Job summary

KKR is seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Risk Officer to join its Risk Domain Office in Boston. You will lead oversight across risk domains, synthesize risk themes, and provide independent challenge to senior leadership in a global investment firm.

The role requires strong analytical capability, judgment, and the ability to influence stakeholders across a complex organization. A base salary is provided with potential discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in enterprise risk management or related risk disciplines.
Ability to independently assess complex risk issues and provide challenge to senior stakeholders.
Experience working across businesses, functions, and regions within a complex organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Economics, Finance, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Lead oversight across one or more enterprise risk domains, establishing a forward-looking view.
Develop risk insights and reporting for executive leadership and governance forums.
Collaborate with regional risk teams, Compliance, Legal, Internal Audit, and other control functions to maintain an integrated view of risk.
Translate complex risk into actionable enterprise-wide perspectives.
