Job summary

RNInk is seeking a Sr. Sales Director to lead the North American sales initiative for our suite of fulfillment, transportation, and payment solutions.

This hunting role focuses on acquiring new logos and expanding revenue with consumer brands across CPG, apparel, electronics, and omnichannel retail. The ideal candidate has a proven enterprise sales track record, deep retail industry knowledge, and the ability to articulate ROI-driven value propositions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise and mid-market retail sales experience.
• Deep understanding of retail industry dynamics and customer needs.
• Experience selling fulfillment and technology solutions for retail.
• Strong ability to articulate value propositions.
• Proven track record of new business development and hitting quotas.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build relationships with senior industry leaders and C-level executives.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle to acquire new retail and brand logos.
• Develop target account strategies and penetration plans.
• Build relationships with C-level and VP-level executives in target accounts.
• Create compelling ROI-based value propositions.
• Advance opportunities through all sales stages and close deals.
• Meet or exceed annual revenue targets across products and services.
• Coordinate with pre-sales and professional services and provide forecasts.
• Nurture relationships with third-party partners.
