Qualifications

• Minimum 14 years experience with AS/AA; 12 years with BS/BA; 10 years with MS/MA; 7 years with Ph.D.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required.
• Certifications like CISSO, CISSP-ISSAP, or CISSP-ISSEP are needed.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements for the IT organization to reduce multiple similar requests.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and project managers.
• Architect and manage projects for a federal government agency.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts

Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)

Familiarity with DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF)

Experience in requirements gathering
