Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide programs with multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage integrated program plans, roadmaps, risks, and milestones.
• Partner with executive sponsors to define objectives, priorities and success criteria.
• Drive governance, reporting and decision-making forums at the executive level.
• Facilitate alignment across business, technology, operations and external partners.
• Identify and manage program risks, issues and dependencies.
• Track performance, budget, resources and benefit realization.
• Develop business cases and executive presentations.
• Foster collaboration and continuous improvement across teams.
