Job summary

OpenArt is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the product strategy and execution for our enterprise customer segment, spanning advertisers, filmmakers, creative studios, and production companies.

You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade admin controls, billing systems, and GenAI enhancements while collaborating with sales to translate buyer needs into robust product requirements.

Qualifications

• Senior-level PM with enterprise product experience.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS, admin tooling, billing, and/or security/compliance features.
• Nice to have - experience building for advertisers, marketers, creative studios, or film producers.
• Strong cross-functional leadership - align engineering, design, sales, and leadership around a shared roadmap.
• Comfortable owning a product area and operating with ambiguity.
• Excellent communicator, translating between technical concepts and business needs.
• Track record of shipping complex, multi-stakeholder products end to end.
• Deeply user-centric with direct enterprise discovery interviews.
• Bonus - AI products in a B2B/enterprise context.
• Advanced use of AI for productivity.

Responsibilities

• Collaboration tooling - build multi-seat, team-based experiences for enterprise OpenArt clients.
• Enterprise-grade admin controls and security - permissions, roles, audit logs, compliance needs.
• Custom billing systems for enterprise contracts, distinct from self-serve billing.
• Core GenAI tooling improvements to meet enterprise client needs.
• Partner with sales to translate enterprise buyer needs into product requirements.
• Coordinate across Product teams to keep OpenArt experience cohesive for enterprise and consumer users.
