Job summary

The Walt Disney Studios is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the next generation of internal tools powering filmmaking. You will own end-to-end design for multiple enterprise applications, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create scalable, human-centered experiences.

You’ll lead discovery through delivery, contribute to our design system, and explore AI-enabled design to raise quality across the studio design practice.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of experience designing digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design across complex software.
• Experience designing enterprise or B2B software applications.
• Strong systems thinking to simplify complex workflows.
• Advanced interaction, IA, and visual design skills.
• Experience planning and conducting user research and usability testing.
• Experience contributing to or building scalable design systems.
• Must have advanced proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Adobe CC) and AI-assisted prototyping tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design across multiple enterprise applications from discovery through implementation.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to define strategy and deliver user-centered solutions.
• Design desktop-first experiences that balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
• Plan and conduct user research activities and translate insights into design decisions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability.
• Explore AI opportunities to improve design workflows and product experiences.
• Present design work clearly to stakeholders and leadership with compelling storytelling.
• Facilitate workshops, critiques, and cross-functional design discussions.
• Manage multiple projects with strong craft and attention to detail.
