Qualifications

15 years of project management experience.
10 years in state or federal IT projects.
10 years implementing project management systems.
8 years creating Power BI dashboards.
10 years in change management.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Business Administration.
PMP or CSM certification required.

Responsibilities

Support large-scale technology and business projects and maintain project management standards and best practices.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and enhance project management maturity across the organization.
Drive implementation of the new Project Management System and ensure project visibility and governance support.
