Job summary

CharterUP is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the newly established Enterprise Operations PMO. This role leads the largest client-facing engagements, from new product launches to time-critical mobilizations, while building PMO standards, governance cadences, and reporting processes.

You will report to the Director of Enterprise Strategy & Operational Excellence and collaborate across multiple departments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience in ambiguous environments.
• Experience leading large-scale client-facing launches or time-critical mobilizations.
• Experience writing business cases and project charters that were funded and delivered.
• Ability to drive adoption and manage resistance during change.
• Strong facilitation and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of large cross-functional projects and mobilizations.
• Lead stand-up and launch of complex client-facing projects; transition to account management.
• Develop and refine PMO standards, charters, governance, and reporting.
• Create business cases and project charters with clear scope, milestones, and metrics.
• Manage budgets and track variances; raise flags early.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and Agile principles to reduce waste in delivery.
• Create SOPs, guides, and training materials tied to projects.
