Orion180 is seeking a Delivery Project Manager / Sr. Delivery Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional launches, multi-stream initiatives, and business-driven projects spanning IT and business operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or related field and cross-functional project experience.
• Experience managing technology and business operations across multiple streams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels.
• Insurance product launches or regulatory implementations preferred; PM tools proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional launches across I&T value streams, Product, Sales, Compliance, and Operations.
• Build launch plans with milestones, dependencies, go-live criteria, and readiness activities.
• Serve as the single point of coordination for all stakeholders; manage communications and escalations.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues; escalate blockers when needed.
• Coordinate with legal/compliance for regulatory deadlines and milestones.
• Manage project timelines and forecast delivery status to business stakeholders.
• Track delivery effort and costs; surface variances with options and impacts.
• Run cross-functional retrospectives and maintain stage-gate discipline with gate reviews.
