Job summary

bp is seeking a Senior Enterprise Technology Engineer to support and improve enterprise network platforms underpinning Mobility & Convenience retail operations. You will design, configure, and operate secure, resilient network services across retail sites, data centers, and cloud environments.

You will partner with architecture, security, cloud, and operations teams, implement zero-trust networking, and provide escalation support for complex incidents while creating documentation and standards.

Qualifications

• ITIL/ITSM familiarity
• Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams
• Experience securing large-scale enterprise networks
• Mentoring and coaching peers

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support secure, resilient enterprise network services across retail sites, data centers and cloud
• Configure, deploy and evolve zero-trust networking capabilities with integrated security controls
• Collaborate with architecture, security, cloud and operations teams on standards and roadmaps
• Act as senior technical escalation point for complex network incidents and perform root-cause analysis
• Create and maintain technical documentation and standards for long-term platform sustainability
