Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting large-scale enterprise networks.
• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise switching and routing.
• Experience with OSPF and BGP.
• Experience with Mist Wireless/Wired Assurance and Marvis AI.
• Experience supporting large-scale campus network deployments.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for enterprise network infrastructure.
• Monitor network health, performance, availability, and capacity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network incidents and service issues.
• Perform root-cause analysis and develop corrective/preventive actions.
• Support network upgrades, migrations, expansions, and infrastructure refresh initiatives.
• Collaborate with network engineering, infrastructure, security, and technical support teams.
• Serve as a technical point of contact for network-related activities.
