Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology related fields.
• 7 to 10 years supporting enterprise level systems.
• 1 active technical certification from a major technology supplier required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the technical success of network services.
• Develop operational procedures and evaluate existing processes.
• Provide technical leadership during major incidents.

Skills

Expert level knowledge of TCP/IP version 4 & 6

Expert level knowledge of MPLS, BGP, EIGRP, OSPF

Strong troubleshooting skills

Exceptional communication skills

Ability to learn new technologies quickly

Education

BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Engineering or Business related field

Tools

Cisco HW and SW (IOS/CATOS/NX-OS)

Data communications test equipment (e.g. Wireshark)
