Job summary

AGE Solutions is seeking a Senior Corporate Enterprise Network Engineer to deliver design, deployment, and sustainment for a DoD WAN infrastructure across classified and unclassified networks in multiple U.S. locations.

You will lead advanced routing, firewall, and network modernization efforts, ensuring secure connectivity and high availability. The role requires DoD clearance (Tier 5/SSBI preferred), CCNP-E, IAT Level III, and strong Cisco/Check Point expertise.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive IT experience, including at least two projects involving Network and Telecommunications Services and Network Management.
• High School Diploma.
• US Citizenship is required.
• DoD Top Secret clearance or Secret clearance with favorably adjudicated Tier 5/SSBI investigation.
• DoD 8570/8140: IAT Level III baseline certification.
• Cisco Certified Network Professional – Enterprise (CCNP-E).

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, install, test, and maintain enterprise WAN routers, switches, firewalls, and associated infrastructure.
• Support WAN connectivity across classified and unclassified networks as well as connectivity with DISN, NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and other DoD networks.
• Configure and troubleshoot advanced routing and switching technologies, including BGP, OSPF, MPLS, multicast, QoS, and IPv4/IPv6.
• Engineer and maintain Cisco networking platforms and Check Point firewall technologies.
• Implement network technology refreshes, equipment replacements, and infrastructure modernization.
• Perform Tier III/IV troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and restoration of network services.
• Provide 24x7x365 on‑call engineering support as required.
• Conduct site surveys, infrastructure assessments, installation planning, and implementation activities.
• Support DISA circuit provisioning, testing, activation, and troubleshooting.
• Develop Engineering Change Requests, implementation plans, test plans, rollback procedures, and network diagrams.
• Apply DISA STIGs, agency configuration standards, and cybersecurity requirements to network devices.
• Evaluate network capacity, utilization, performance, and potential reliability improvements.
• Support enterprise cloud connectivity, application delivery, and secure network integration.
• Conduct laboratory testing, technology evaluations, and interoperability validation.
• Provide technical support to Government and contractor WAN Management, NOC personnel, and other engineering teams.
• Travel to CONUS or OCONUS locations for network installation or troubleshooting as required.
