Job summary
Endurion is hiring a Senior Enterprise Network Engineer to support full life-cycle network services, including on-site or in-house servicing for garrison and deployed environments. You'll lead implementation, tuning, testing, and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN infrastructure and security configurations.
The role requires 8+ years of experience, CCNP, and IAT 2/ Security+ CE; travel about 25% and readiness for after-hours support. TS/SCI clearance is required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- CCNP certification is required.
- DoDD 8570/8140 IAT 2 certification (e.g., Security+ CE) required.
- 8+ years of directly related network analysis and design experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate network initiatives and activities.
- Ensure network connectivity across LAN/WAN, including Wireless.
- Plan layouts and configure systems for user environments.
- Analyze network topologies, traffic, and capacity requirements.
- Service provisioning, installation, maintenance, and management of LAN/VLAN equipment and software.
- Evaluate and upgrade routers, switches, and related devices.
- Provide technical support and guidance to staff; travel ~25%.
- Assist in hardware/software acquisitions and subcontractor services.
