Job summary

Stone Search, LLC is seeking a senior Enterprise Network Engineer to design, implement, and optimize large-scale wired and wireless networks in Mansfield, MA. You will lead RF design, site surveys, and security compliance to support critical services.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of enterprise network engineering experience.
• 5+ years designing and deploying large-scale wireless infrastructures.
• Expertise in wireless LAN architecture, RF design, and site surveys.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies to enhance network performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Design and deploy wired and wireless network infrastructure for public and private environments, including fiber-based backhaul.
• Analyze, plan, implement, maintain, troubleshoot, and continuously improve complex enterprise network systems.
• Monitor network and security management systems; respond to incidents and outages.
• Manage RFQs, vendor evaluations, proof-of-concept testing, and benchmarking initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and Massachusetts privacy requirements; protect PII and confidential data.
