Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise network engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of routing and switching.
• Experience supporting enterprise firewall and network security technologies.
• Hands-on automation using Python/Ansible.
• Experience working within multi-vendor networking environments.
• Strong understanding of wireless and Wi‑Fi technologies.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure and connectivity issues.
• Experience supporting corporate office environments and end-user technology services.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, support, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure across a multi-vendor environment.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot routing and switching technologies.
• Support a diverse technology stack including HPE, Aruba, Cisco, Palo Alto, Zscaler, and other vendors.
• Manage and support firewalls, secure web gateways, proxy services, and network security technologies.
• Develop and maintain network automation solutions using Python, Ansible, and related frameworks.
• Automate network provisioning, configuration management, monitoring, and workflows.
• Support enterprise wireless and Wi-Fi infrastructure, including deployment and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot complex network performance, connectivity, and security issues.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on infrastructure hardening and security projects.
• Coordinate with desktop support and workplace technology teams to resolve end-user issues.
