Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of enterprise network engineering experience in large environments.
• Expert-level knowledge of enterprise routing and switching.
• Advanced experience with Cisco routers, Catalyst switches, Nexus platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, TCP/IP, VLANs, VRFs, STP, QoS, multicast, VPNs.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, implement, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise LAN and WAN infrastructure.
• Design and support complex Layer 2 and Layer 3 environments with BGP/OSPF/EIGRP, VLANs, and related protocols.
• Develop network standards, reference architectures, engineering specifications, and configuration standards.
• Perform capacity planning, performance analysis, lifecycle management, and modernization.
• Engineer WAN connectivity using MPLS, EPL/EVPL, dark fiber, and Internet services.
• Troubleshoot WAN performance issues including latency, packet loss, and jitter.
• Support Cisco data center technologies including Nexus and ACI.
• Support data center consolidation, relocation, migration, and modernization initiatives.
• Develop High-Level and Low-Level designs, MOPs, test plans, and network diagrams.
