Job summary

Spire Global Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior IT Network Engineer to own and support the corporate and back-office network environment.

You will design, implement, operate, and improve networking across offices, remote users, and cloud services while coordinating with Security, Infrastructure, and Facilities teams. The role requires hands-on expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, and wireless networking, with a focus on reliability, lifecycle management, and automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in network engineering or related hands-on role.
• Experience designing and operating enterprise routing, switching, and security.
• Proven ability to own complex projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own design, implementation, operation, and reliability of corporate network.
• Configure and troubleshoot routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and DNS.
• Maintain secure remote-access, site-to-site VPNs, and cloud connectivity.
• Develop automation, diagrams, and runbooks for network services.
• Collaborate with Security, Infra, Facilities and Engineering teams.
