Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 7 years of progressively responsible IT infrastructure architecture experience.
• Experience with enterprise infrastructure technologies (servers, storage, networking, firewalls, load balancers).
• Proven ability to develop architecture standards and lead cross‑domain projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and governance of enterprise application architecture across County systems.
• Lead the design and governance of enterprise IT infrastructure architecture across County systems.
• Develop and maintain architecture standards, infrastructure guidelines, network designs, and roadmaps.
• Design secure, scalable infrastructure solutions including data centers, hybrid/cloud environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate strategic goals into infrastructure and security solutions.
• Oversee security controls, virtualization, and infrastructure provisioning for County-wide operations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
