Job summary

Point72 in Warsaw is seeking a senior software engineer to own and build enterprise integrations between HR, finance and SaaS platforms, delivering production-grade connectors and reliable cross-system workflows. You will design RESTful APIs, implement security controls, and collaborate with security, cloud, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

5–7 years backend experience in Java, C#/.NET, Python, Node.js or Go, plus AWS with Terraform and strong SQL,

Qualifications

• Experience building integrations between enterprise systems and SaaS platforms.
• Design RESTful APIs and integration with third-party services using REST and SOAP.
• OAuth2/OIDC/SAML and AD/LDAP for auth and authorization.
• AWS with infrastructure-as-code and security best practices.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and own integrations between enterprise systems and third-party SaaS platforms.
• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of integration projects from design to operation.
• Design and implement robust RESTful APIs and SOAP adapters.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other teams to map requirements to solutions.
• Embed security, encryption and auditability into integrations for production readiness.
• Own cloud-native integration services with IaC, networking, and cost-effective operation.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, tests, monitoring, and incident response.
• Mentor peers and drive tooling and standards for faster delivery.
