You will guide cross-functional teams, set standards, and ensure alignment with end-to-end business processes while mentoring staff across regions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise IT delivery experience with integration focus.
• Experience leading SAP S/4HANA or ERP integration programs.
• Strong knowledge of API-led integrations and security patterns.

Responsibilities

• Govern integration delivery and review solution designs and docs.
• Own enterprise integration delivery across multiple patterns.
• Provide senior design authority for SAP and non-SAP integrations.
• Define principles, reference patterns, and standards for integrations.
• Lead architecture reviews for high-risk integrations.
• Translate business outcomes into roadmaps and designs.
• Lead technical governance across middleware and partners.
• Mentor architects and delivery teams to raise standards.
• Drive monitoring, observability, and incident handling for end-to-end flows.
• Escalate risks and communicate options to leadership.
• Coordinate across time zones and represent topics in governance forums.
• Ensure knowledge transfer and reusable integration assets.
