Job summary

Ignite IT, LLC in Washington, DC is seeking a Technical Integration Subject Matter Expert (SME) to own cross-team dependency management, interface alignment, and integration planning across complex enterprise systems. This hands-on role sits at the intersection of solution architecture and delivery.

You will lead technical reviews, define integration patterns, and coordinate engineers across platform, data, network, security, and ITSM teams to keep initiatives on track. U.S.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience, including hands-on systems integration in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience across at least three domains: application, data, cloud/platform, network, cybersecurity, endpoint/mobility, ITSM, or operations.
• Proven ability to resolve cross-vendor or cross-organizational design conflicts under fixed milestones.
• Experience with interfaces/APIs, dependency management, nonfunctional requirements, and implementation readiness.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Manage dependencies across multiple interdependent systems, teams, and vendors.
• Lead interface alignment efforts across application, data, platform, network, security, and endpoint boundaries.
• Identify interface, dependency, performance, security, and lifecycle risks early, before they affect delivery.
• Lead or participate in technical working groups, architecture compliance reviews, and design reviews.
• Define and apply approved integration patterns, common services, reference architectures, and reusable integration approaches.
• Coordinate engineers and specialists across platform, network, security, data, mobility, and ITSM teams to keep integration on track.
