Ignite IT is seeking a Technical Integration SME in a hybrid Washington, DC area role. You will drive cross‑team dependency management, interface alignment, and integration planning across complex enterprise systems with hands‑on delivery and implementation readiness.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a technical field, 10+ years of IT integration experience, and US citizenship. You will collaborate with multiple domains including application, data, cloud, network, and security, providing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 10+ years IT experience with hands-on systems integration in complex environments.
• Integration experience across three domains: application, data, cloud/network, or security.
• Experience with interfaces/APIs, dependency management, and nonfunctional requirements.
• Ability to resolve cross‑vendor or cross‑organizational design conflicts under fixed milestones.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills; able to explain tradeoffs to engineers and leaders.
• U.S. Citizenship Required.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-team dependencies and interface alignment across enterprise systems.
• Lead or participate in architecture reviews and implementation-readiness milestones.
• Develop integration patterns, reference architectures, and reusable approaches.
• Analyze risks, exemptions, and mitigations for cloud adoption and modernization.
• Support testing, deployment, and transition to operations across multiple teams.
• Maintain traceability and documentation of decisions and interfaces.
