Job summary

ActioNet is seeking a Technical Integration Subject Matter Expert (SME) to own cross-team dependency management, interface alignment, and integration planning for complex enterprise systems. This hands-on role spans solution architecture to delivery, including testing, deployment, and operational transition.

This hybrid position is based out of Washington, DC. U.S. citizens only. You will coordinate across platform, data, network, and ITSM teams to ensure successful integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 10+ years IT experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience across application, data, cloud/platform, network, cybersecurity, or operations domains.
• Proven ability to resolve cross-vendor or cross-organizational design conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Manage dependencies across interdependent systems, teams, and vendors.
• Lead interface alignment across multiple domains (application, data, platform, network, security).
• Identify interface, dependency, performance, security, and lifecycle risks early.
• Lead or participate in architecture reviews and phase-gate/implementation-readiness reviews.
• Coordinate engineers across platform, network, security, data, mobility, and ITSM teams to stay on track.
