Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Integration Lead Architect to shape and govern complex enterprise integration strategies. You will design end-to-end architectures including APIs, middleware, data flows, and service orchestration, while aligning with business objectives and technology initiatives.

You will lead and mentor teams, collaborate with business and partner teams, and ensure scalable, secure solutions. Travel may be required depending on client needs, with a strong emphasis on delivering

Qualifications

10+ years in enterprise integration architecture and leading teams.
8+ years designing REST APIs and event-based integrations.
5+ years with cloud integration platforms (MuleSoft, ESB, API Gateways).
5+ years with cloud architectures (AWS/Azure).
3+ years Life Insurance domain exposure is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (min 12 years) in CS/IT.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end integration architectures including APIs, middleware, and service orchestration.
Develop the integration strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
Lead and mentor integration teams and govern best practices.
Act as liaison between business, development teams, and external partners.
Ensure architecture scalability, performance, and risk mitigation.
Provide development oversight and monitor integration performance.
