Job summary

PACCAR is seeking a Systems Infrastructure Analyst to administer and optimize its enterprise technology infrastructure for Dynacraft operations in the US. You will manage network, server, virtualization, storage, backup, and application hosting to ensure reliable, secure, scalable environments that support manufacturing and business operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline required.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking concepts and technologies.
• Experience administering Windows Server environments.
• Experience with VMware vSphere/ESXi, Hyper-V, Azure Local, or comparable virtualization platforms.
• Experience with Cisco networking equipment and Cisco CLI preferred.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Experience supporting Microsoft SQL Server environments, including security, backup and recovery, SSIS, SSRS, or related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise network, server, virtualization, storage, and backup infrastructure.
• Serve as an advanced technical resource for complex infrastructure issues and escalations.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure.
• Administer Windows Server and physical and virtual server environments.
• Support VMware, Hyper-V, Azure Local, or comparable virtualization environments.
• Support Microsoft SQL Server infrastructure and related services.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and infrastructure automation solutions.
• Administer enterprise backup and recovery solutions.
• Support disaster recovery planning, testing, execution, and documentation.
• Provide Tier 3 technical support for business applications, infrastructure, and manufacturing operations.
• Evaluate infrastructure requirements and support solution design and implementation.
• Lead technical activities associated with infrastructure projects, upgrades, and lifecycle initiatives.
• Maintain infrastructure standards, technical documentation, and configuration information.
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to IT team members.
• Participate in planned maintenance, after-hours support, and critical issue escalation as required.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements that increase infrastructure reliability and operational efficiency.
