Job summary

Judi Health is seeking a Senior Implementation Project Manager to lead end-to-end client implementations across pharmacy and medical benefit solutions. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex multi-product accounts for self-funded employers, municipalities, and TPAs.

You will drive onboarding excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor teams while delivering high-touch service for US clients with hybrid work options in NYC, Denver or Charlotte.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in PBM, health plan, or TPA implementation.
• Deep understanding of medical plan administration related to networks, tiering, and cost-share.
• Knowledge of PPO, POS, EPO, HDHP, Indemnity, MEC, and HSA/HRA.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, meeting deadlines, and delivering deliverables.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects with diverse stakeholders.
• Travel 5–10% and PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of new clients across pharmacy and medical benefits.
• Develop and execute strategic implementation plans for PBM and medical clients.
• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary client lead throughout implementation, managing communications and expectations.
• Escalate and drive rapid resolution for implementation-related issues.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements (exchange, Medicare, Medicaid, etc.).
• Coordinate with Sales and Account Management to understand client needs and contracts.
• Mentor and develop team members to strengthen delivery capability.
• Travel to client sites as needed.
