Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience building and shipping production systems.
• Deep backend engineering experience across full stack and end-to-end ownership.
• Experience building enterprise SaaS products or working on enterprise engineering teams.
• Experience with permissions and access controls, audit logs, entitlements, governance, or admin tooling.
• Experience designing scalable backend services, APIs, and data models.
• Strong collaboration with product, design, security, infrastructure, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Build enterprise capabilities to securely adopt, administer, and scale CustomerLake products.
• Design and develop permissions, roles, and access-control systems for complex enterprises.
• Implement auditability and governance features for admin visibility and control.
• Develop pricing, entitlement, usage, and product controls across teams.
• Create scalable backend services, APIs, and data models for admin experiences.
• Translate enterprise needs into intuitive product experiences.
• Balance flexibility with security, compliance, and reliability in designs.
• Own projects end to end from architecture to launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with product, design, security, infrastructure, and engineering teams.
