Eaton's Enterprise Finance organization is seeking a Specialist, Enterprise FP&A to join our team in Beachwood, OH. This role supports senior leadership with financial reporting, forecasting, and insights into key metrics, collaborating with Operations Finance and corporate finance functions.

The ideal candidate has a solid finance background, is analytical, and can communicate complex financial information to executives. Hybrid schedule from Beachwood, OH is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting or finance experience.
• U.S. work authorization now and in the future is required.
• Hybrid work schedule from Beachwood, OH.

Responsabilidades

• Manage monthly financial reporting to provide timely, accurate information to senior leaders.
• Partner with Operations Finance to analyze results, forecasts, cash flow, and working capital.
• Prepare Board of Directors and ELT presentations and supporting analyses.
• Support external reporting requirements (10-Q/10-K) and MD&A disclosures.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, forecasting, tools, and data quality.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
